Firstly, this arrived so much faster than expected. I ordered this in black, and customer service was very accommodating. It was easy to put together with no tools necessary.
I'm a tattoo artist of 17 years and bad backs are a common ailment after so many years of working leaned over. This chair gave my back the support my back needed, and I was able to work longer than expected.
